Cream Puff

How i spent my holiday?? Yesterday can considered as my holiday after working for four and a half month...

I spent my afternoon baking cream puff... As i plan to learn to bake different cake in this one month, so i start my plan yesterday..

My mom friend came to my house n teach me... The step is just very simple... Every step is just simple... Except the last step, when i nid to wash everything... Everything is oily, it take times to finish washing it... The happiest part of baking crem puff is when u let others to try it n they like it....

This time the look of the cream puff is stil not that nice... Next time will b better i think.. What will i bake next time... Myself also not sure... Hehe... Gambeteh in making all my holiday plan success......
